Level Funded Plan Structure
In its simplest form, if a group doesn't utilize its full claims fund amount, a portion of that is returned to the group at the end of the year. Who doesn't want the opportunity to get money back? That's why we always push for a level funded plan structure when available.
Medical Plan Structure - Gravie Comfort
Built with a delivery driver in mind, the Gravie "Comfort" plan provides coverage at no cost on the most common healthcare services. Primary and preventative care, specialist and urgent care visits, labs and X-rays, generic drugs, all free of charge, no copays. Our biggest complaint from drivers and BCs alike were the copays, Gravie got rid of them.
The second half of the Comfort plan is choosing the out-of-pocket maximum that best suits the member's needs - $3,000, $5,000, or $7,900. Any situation where you end up in the hospital (think surgeries or emergencies), you would first be responsible for paying that designated out-of-pocket maximum before Gravie begins to cover 100% of the remaining cost.
Gravie Pay
Gravie Pay is a payment card provided by Gravie that enables you to conveniently pay for healthcare expenses. Just like using a debit or credit card, you can utilize Gravie Pay in person, online, or over the phone. It serves as a solution to cover any out-of-pocket costs that are not included in your Gravie health benefits plan. By paying your healthcare provider in full with Gravie Pay, you can enjoy the benefit of a customized zero-interest payment plan tailored to your needs.
