Larry has been an insurance agent for 37 plus years as a commercial insurance specialist and independent agency owner. After selling his previous successful independent agency, he started Grove & Davis Insurance Agency from the ground-up with Monette Davis in 2009. Under his management the agency has grown into a leader in its field through sustained partnerships with our clientele and insurance partners. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor with a vast knowledge of all lines of insurance for a myriad of industries.

Monette Davis has 30 plus years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Executive and Office Manager. She started Grove & Davis Insurance Agency with Larry D. Grove in 2009.
